Rates

The Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all reservations are priced correctly based on the prices that appear in the tariff and market standards for that type of accommodation and reservation dates. MC TOURS reserves the right to make necessary price adjustments upon detecting errors or discrepancies and even cancel the reservation indicating to the client that there has been a substantial error in the quote and therefore it cannot be honored.

Rates DO NOT apply to groups. Groups will be quoted on a per case basis and are subject to hotel rate and space availability.

Please note that some hotels consider 5 rooms or more, or 10 individuals or more arriving together, as a group, and thus must be quoted accordingly; in some cases mandatory payment of luggage handling will apply.

Should you have any requests for 5 rooms or more or 10 people or more, please ask your account executive to verify what the policy is at the hotel you are requesting.

Booking Confirmation

The client will always receive an email with booking confirmation they have just made, either via the website or by XML connection. This email will contain the details of what was reserved with dates and confirmation number.

Additionally, this email will indicate the CANCELLATION POLICY, which must be reviewed in each case and it is the client’s responsibility to verify that this policy is identical to the one confirmed on their side. If this is different, the client must immediately notify MC TOURS within 24 business hours and it will be analyzed in each case. Any dispute regarding the confirmed policy will NOT be accepted after these 24 hours.

Packages

It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that all reservations are properly quoted based on the rates that appear in the tariff book. MC TOURS reserves the right to make the necessary adjustments on the rates when errors or discrepancies are detected. All rates contained in the Tariff Book apply only to individual reservations (FIT).

Changes
Once a reservation is confirmed, we will allow one change without any charge. There will be a nominal charge of $25.00 for additional changes made to the reservation prior to the passenger’s arrival. If the said passenger wishes to make any changes after the arrival, we will then charge a $50 fee plus the total of the additional services requested. Except for Non Refundables rates, in this case no changes could be made.
No Show Charges
A one night penalty for hotel reservations, plus the included transfer in for ground services, will apply for NO SHOWS. Any remaining hotel nights or ground services will be cancelled and AFI will be determine the amount to be refunded depending on the hotel’s policy.
Responsibility

MC TOURS will not be responsible for Acts of Nature/Acts of God such as hurricanes, evacuations (voluntary or mandatory), storms, floods, fires or any other incident beyond MC TOURS control MC TOURS will reserve the right to evaluate all situations prior to approving any refunds.

Note: we will not accept any disputes, refund requests, or requests for description of service provided after days of the passengers arrival.

Check In – Check Out Times

Most hotels have a Check in time between 3:00 – 4:00 p.m., and Check out time between 11:00 a.m to 12:00 noons. Early check in and late check out can only be guaranteed by paying in full the night prior to the arrival, or the night of departure.
